William M. Custer, President & CEO of Custer Capital, Inc. As a venture capitalist, Mr. Custer has financed numerous early through late stage companies in technology, telecommunications, and healthcare, including Internet Pictures, Web Street Securities, Celsion (NASDAQ: CELN), Power2ship, XYPoint, Reliacast, PointServe, HealthDialog, SynQuest, Satcom Group and SurgiVision among others. In addition, he organized five venture capital funds. One of these funds acquired wireless spectrum rights to 21 major markets to construct and operate Point-to-Point Microwave Radio Service systems that utilize discreet channel capacity in the 38.6 - 40.0 GHz frequency band. These systems were built-out and sold to a publicly traded telecommunications company yielding a return of 47 times original cost. Bill has a BS in Corporate Finance and Economics from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio; graduated from the University of Southern California Certified Financial Planner program and holds an NASD Series 7 license. He founded both Custer Capital, Inc. & Custer Management, Inc., (a registered investment advisory firm) with assets under management of $60 million.
