fforward.ai was an AI product designed to help Product Teams make informed product decisions.Responsibilities:● Led Continuous Discovery, Solution Validation, and GTM strategies.● Designed and executed a product-led, sales-assisted GTM motion.● Conducted over 275 story-based customer interviews to understand the needs of Product Teams in Series A and B SaaS companies.● Designed prototypes and ran both moderated and unmoderated user tests to validate potential solutions.● Wrote core product prompts to assist customers with analyzing user interviews, building product roadmaps, and writing PRDs.Achievements:● Planned and executed a product launch that achieved #2 Product of the Day on Product Hunt.● Built a subscriber list of 900, with an open rate of 41.5% and a CTR of 4.51%.● Converted 12 Series A and B SaaS companies into paying customers.

Delphia was a consumer fintech that offered quant-informed investment products to retail investors.Responsibilities:● Recruited by the CTO to build products that grow and engage the Delphia user base.● Designed a comprehensive product strategy, including product vision, target audience, value proposition, customer problems, MVP scope, and success metrics.● Led a cross-functional roadshow to collect feedback and align stakeholders.● Built and managed an active Discord community of users and passionate retail investors.● Created incentives for Discord membership, including AMAs with company leaders, in-app rewards and early access to product features. ● Recruited and trained community moderators and designed management policies.

Responsibilities:● Co-founded Kera, a Product Adoption Platform for SaaS companies.● Raised a seed round led by an institutional VC.● Designed and executed a product-led, sales-assisted GTM motion.● Planned and executed a viral Launch HN post to secure initial traction.● Negotiated and closed the acquisition with Autodesk.Achievements:● Successfully acquired by Autodesk in 2013.● Secured 4 initial customers through the viral Launch HN post.● Raised $400k in seed funding to support product development and growth.
