Doing this well helps create true business agility and differentiation.With a background rich and varied in digital experience, marketing, e-commerce, technology and business strategy my key strength is in helping enterprises join the dots from identifying customer problems (and market opportunities) through to design, development and ultimately execution - creating a virtuous circle of innovation and customer experience evolution. I work with teams at the executive level all the way through to execution to appropriately evolve internal ways of working; improve both experience design & agile delivery practices; and link customer empathy & innovation practices back into the top of this funnel. Working as a leader across both digital & experience design teams, I help set the over-arching digital / customer experience roadmap for the business and my team/s, and then work alongside them to deliver.
