In a world where technology, communications and customer expectations are evolving rapidly - it is difficult to find seasoned professionals that can take an integrated view across disciplines such as digital transformation, innovation, design thinking and customer experience. In many enterprises these worlds treated separately - resulting in disparate approaches to what should ultimately be one continuum - the capability for businesses to translate customer problems (and market opportunities) into new, enhanced and ever-evolving experiences. Working as a leader across both digital & experience design teams, I help set the over-arching digital / customer experience roadmap for the business and my team/s, and then work alongside them to deliver.
