Credit Control & Cash Management

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually Debtors & Creditors aging reports.• Forecast daily cash requirements for premium and operating payments.• Responsible for maintaining Bank balances in premium and Operating SAR and Foreign currency Bank Accounts.• Follow up with clients for outstanding premium as per agreed payment terms.• Prepare collection letters, Balance confirmation letters& SOA.• Ensure the premium payments to local & International Insurance & Re Insurance Companies.• Responsible for meetings and communicating with Insurance Companies for premium allocation, payment details & queries.• Responsible for accounts reconciliation with Insurance companies and clients.• Responsible for commission received (Brokerage) calculation and to transfer this to operating account for operating activities.• Responsible for Inter Companies Accounts World Wide.• Responsible for Bank Reconciliation Statements for local and foreign currency accounts.• Manage relationship with clients, Insurance companies & financial services providers.• Fine Knowledge of Premia Financial For Insurance Brokers• Fine knowledge of Oracle Applications Financial Software.• Assist Finance manager for Reporting & Feasibilities.• Coordinate with internal & external auditors.• Coordinating with system developers for System enhancements.• Well familiar with MS Office applications.• Responsible for calculating Sales Incentive for staff.• Responsible for Operating payments to suppliers and staff. i.e.Electricity Bills for Branches, Staff & Branches Phone Bills, Travel Agents Payments, Printing & Stationary Payments, Traveling & Entertainment expenses, overtime payments, Staff Air Fare payments, advance Salaries payments, Employees Special Allowances Payments, End of Service Benefits, Salaries, Petty Cash, Office Rent etc.

• Managing accounts for our clients in eastern, western & central region and sending reports to local management as well as Dubai office.• Responsible for payment of suppliers and collection from customers and to set the credit facility and credit limit between customers & suppliers. • Responsible for Invoicing, collection of invoices and payroll.• Handle the work related to bank like Demand Draft & Telegraphic Transfer.• Responsible for Bank reconciliation statement.• Responsible for preparing Profit & Loss statement on monthly bases.• Handle monthly Petty Cash expenses.
