I am a passionate young IT engineer with experience in networking with mainly but no limited to Cisco equipment, Microsoft Servers and workstation operating systems, Unifi devices, VoIP, CCTV and many more brands and softwares. I possess the ability to deliver complex technical information into terms and concepts that the end users can readily grasp. Furthermore, I have a keen interest in learning new technologies in order to provide innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. Moreover, I am a good communicator who is able to relate well with people at all levels and has the flexibility of working well as part of a team or individually if the need arises. My main objective is to be in a suitable position with a company offering room for progression opportunities where I can live out my customer obsession passion and become an even better version of myself.With six years of experience in switching, routing, and network administration I have become a professional who has a deep understanding of how computer networks operate. I possess the technical skills to configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as troubleshoot network problems. Not only am I limited to the engineering aspect of my profession, I also possess network administration skills, including managing user accounts, monitoring network performance, and implementing network security policies. This broad knowledge of networking technologies and protocols has enabled me in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network infrastructure.
