LRSKE is a laboratory in Industrial Engineering ITB focuses on ergonomics, work systems engineering, and HSE by analyzing, designing, implementing, and improving human aspects in an integral system. This laboratory aims to make a system that fits human limitation and capacities.As a laboratory assistant, I became teaching assistant of the class Introduction to Ergonomics. I also assisted research on the Work Fatigue Evaluation project for Heavy Equipment Operators at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi, South Kalimantan resulting on the development of eye-tracking tool.

I manage daily data across all verticals and over 20 stakeholders, with a specific focus on API (flight, hotel, train) and non-API (metasearch, TTD) data. My responsibilities include conducting weekly data analytics and generating business reports. Additionally, I coordinate with various departments such as Product, Engineering, Support Services, and Finance for API tasks, integration processes, and manual mappings.

ShARE is a two-year international program headquartered in France and India to supplement university students’ academic curriculum whilst teaching methods to do consulting and to exercise the “Do Well Do Good” vision through learning.As a junior member, I had to propose a consulting deck solving issue regarding "The usage of bioenergy carbon capture storage to reach net zero emission worldwide.". I also was involved in a group consulting project which earned us winning as the Best Consultation Presentation Project on the theme of "Powering manufacturing process with zero carbon emissions". At present, I act as the Learning Unit Manager of Renewable Energy.

As a project consultant, the main goal was to help GrabMerchant facing challenges in customer retention. I conducted thorough research and data analysis into user’s retention rate and identified key factors contributing to retention, leading to the development of targeted retention strategies, then constructed and funneled recommendation into a clear implementation timeline.

Social Entrepreneurship Project (SOCEP) is one of the local projects initiated by AIESEC in Bandung aiming to help the SMEs around Bandung. This project’s value is aligned with Sustainable Development Goals no. 8, precisely Economic Growth. SOCEP is a 4-week program designed to help its volunteer grow while also aiming to contribute to society in Bandung. It provides networking space with international participants from AIESEC in China. This program partnered with FIFGROUP and successfully has 45+ registrants and collaborated with 4 MSMEs.As Organizing Committee President, or mostly known in a general term as Project Manager, Bulen is responsible for leading the whole project team of 6 OCs: Program/Event, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnership, and Finance; being responsible for maintaining the project from pre-realization, realization, and post-realization; keeping and filling the documents: Project Proposal, Design for Impact Framework, Project Booklet, Soft File of Agreement, Project Report, and Impact Report; being responsible from collecting Standard Proof based on National Rules on Quality Audit.

StudentsxCEOs 11th Grand Summit is one of the biggest events held in Bandung by StudentsxCEOs in Bandung. In the last two years, there have been more than 4500 undergraduate students participating in this event. This year's event partners up with L'Oreal, Telkom Indonesia, Sari Roti, and Ternak Uang. As one of the concept & method officer, Bulen creates the concept of 6 events and all the supporting documents needed. The event successfully gained 200+ participants with notable speakers invited.

Mile Zero Project is a series of events (webinars and competitions) that marks mile zero of human civilization in building a new cultural order that was hit by pandemic and utilizes smart app solutions to accelerate SDGs. Mile Zero Project 2022 partners up with Google, OVO, and Kemenko Perekonomian RI.Awarded as Best Staff of Digital Marketing and Creative Content division, Bulen curates and creates contents for social media purposes, handles Mile Zero Projects’ social media, and creates the MZP 2.0’s mascot. She also helps increasing Mile Zero Project's social media engagement rate and gained up to 2.000+ new followers.

IECOM is a series of multinational industrial engineering events held biannually by Bandung Institute of Technology industrial engineering students. IECOM 2022's grand theme is How Southeast Asia Implements Entrepreneurship in the Disruptive Era. IECOM has become a prestigious competition in Indonesia with its target participants Asia Pacific students. It partners up with Paragon Corp.As external affairs officer, Bulen alone successfully approached and invited 4 notable speakers: CFO of Microsoft Indonesia, Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Head of Operations at Siklus, and Business Intelligence Lead at Gopay. This increases participation shown by the registrants and opens up more exposure to the event.

Narasi.tv is the new media startup that seeks to cultivate a more positive online media environment. Collaborating with ITB, narasi.tv initiated an online movement called ‘Indonesia Butuh Anak Muda’ to encourage young people in taking concrete participation by becoming a solution ecosystem for the better Indonesia. The ITB x narasi.tv team only consists of less than 20 ITB students.Bulen is the only marketing staff yet she produces and curates creative content for social media purposes (video, microblog) and gained 21,000+ social media impressions. From the promotion done, we managed to receive 6800+ registrants in only a week.
