I run, program, and maintain a 4Kw CO2 laser and 60K psi waterjet. I am also responsible for sheet metal inventory. I follow projects through the shop, maintaining both quality of work and length of production time. Since starting with Sizemore I have dramatically increased production by introducing procedures that keep the machines running for more hours of the day while also being more efficient. I have also saved costs for the company by introducing new purchasing practices.

I built armored vehicles form the ground up. I was responsible for this process from start to finish. I managed anywhere from 5-15 employees. I oversaw all machine operation and every step of the build process. I manufactured carnival rides. I started as an Assembly Tech where I was responsible for assembling everything from ride vehicles, trailer axles, Air Systems, Hydraulic Systems, drive systems, and the overall ride. I also worked in the track shop.
