I bring with me a rich and diverse background that spans both competitive martial arts and progressive leadership roles. My journey began at the tender age of six with mixed martial arts. I went on to win silver at both the national and regional levels in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, demonstrating an early onset of relentless ambition and disciplined organization.Beyond the octagon, my love for competition extended to my high school years where I worked in an office setting managing calls and information. This early exposure to professional work ingrained a sense of responsibility and honed my organizational skills.As I embarked on my college journey as a computer scientist and engineering major, I quickly became an integral part of organizing and directing events for various university clubs, including the Association of Computer Machinery at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (ACM-UPV), Google Developers Students Club (GDSC), and Diversa, a club promoting sexual diversity. I've given talks and workshops on cybersecurity and ethical artificial intelligence, managed diverse events such as game jams and programming competitions, and championed a progressive and socially conscious atmosphere.My love for problem-solving led me to join the university's Hyperloop project training center, focusing on software and firmware subsystems. I later pivoted to reactivate the Competitive Programming Team at UPV (CP-UPV) and most recently worked on the Olympic mathematics team (Eulerianos UPV). My commitment and responsibility were recognized when I was selected to join the board team of ACM among 80 members.Currently, I am fully focused on Java Backend Development and Competitive Programming. With a high proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and my experience living in different countries, I am prepared to embrace global opportunities. My journey may just be beginning, but I am already applying the relentless ambition, disciplined organization, and respect for others that have brought me this far.
