Lead Engineer
CurrentLead the Architecture, Design and implementation of a next gen Game Server Engine, with support for more than 2K active players per node on minimal hardware, including virtually unlimited horizontal scaling and seamless world traversal. Server was written entirely in Rust, using QUIC, and cap'n'proto with Scylla and Postgres as backing data stores.Also lead the architecture, design and implementation of Avalon's Web3 initiative around digital ownership with in-game loot drops and real time trading. Worked with partner companies to help establish large volume L3 transaction solutions while reducing costs to realistic, profitable levels. Worked with executive team on writing and filing a patent on Digital Ownership.
