Due Diligence:Consolidation of HR supplier base for all RBS / ABN Amro entities in India - Data analysis in terms of agreements, commercials, spends, services, benchmarks etc. Assessing the strengths & capabilities of suppliers - Creation and implementation of Risk Assessment. Individual action plan tracked till closure of observations (R&I Log). Contracts / Standard Agreements:Standardization of legal contracts across HR suppliers pan India. Incorporated proper scope of services, SLAs, TATs, supplier liability clauses etc. Ongoing governance in terms of adherence to contractual terms of agreement, scope of service etc. RFPs / Market Reviews:Participating in Global and Regional RFPs and driving from the Indian perspective. Supply base is being substantially reduced in various verticals, namely temp staff and perm staffing suppliers. Supported the Global RFP for Pre Employment Screening (Background Verification) Supplier with specific focus on Indian requirements as per RBS Global standards. Streamlining insurance and medical suppliers along with the Global insurance brokers and getting the best product for the organization.Project Management:After the finalization of suppliers, supporting the migration of services. Involved in streamlining the end to end processes of managing contingent labour, recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance management, final settlements, managing attrition etc.

I was basically a part of the administration department and was based at the corporate office (Air India Building - Nariman Point, Mumbai). I was handling the contingent labour workforce and suppliers, besides regular administrative activities including physical security etc.

Actively involved in upcoming infrastructure, in terms of its completion and ensuring smooth handing taking, accountability of assets, ensuring project closure as per various POs and contracts. Played a key role in:Finalization of various contracts related to administration.Process implementation for purchase. Raising requisition, inviting of quotes and making a comparative statement along with specific recommendations, ensuring release of timely POs and delivery of items.Efficiently maintaining the security being one of the foremost concerns in BPO was handled by me end to end. This includes fire safety aspects (fire alarm system, fire suppression system, FM 200, fire extinguishers and fire evacuation drills etc), physical security aspects (including training of security guards, CCTV, Hand Held Metal Detectors, Door Frame Metal Detectors etc) and misc info security aspects (including laptop tracking system, visitor management system, disposal of media articles and handling of personal media articles).Meticulously planned and implemented, keeping in mind the global safety standards especially night drop for female associates.Instrumental in conducting audits including physical security audits, information security audit, environmental safety audit (ISO 14001) and various other client and external audits.
