With over 30 years of experience in the Power Transmission industry , I am currently the Managing Director of RINGSPANN Power Transmission India Pvt ltd ., a leading German MNC and manufacturer of Power transmission Products and Solutions viz.. Clutches, Industrial Brakes & control systems , couplings and allied Products & Solutions. I am involved in the Indian subsidiary since its inception including registration of the company , obtaining all statutory approvals, setting up the assembly plant , building the team and grow . I turned around the company from a small largely unknown brand in India into a vibrant,dynamic ,dependable & strong brand in a span of less than 3 years . Today we are strong in Project management, Retrofits & Solution Selling.I have almost 2 decades of experience in the Gearbox and Geared motors industry including exposure to Electronics Products with SEW Euro-drive India Pvt Ltd for offering Motion Control & Machine automation Solutions. My Strength lie in exploring potential in New markets & with New products and solutions. Solution based selling has been my strength & focus always - I drive the team towards understanding clients needs, recommend solutions, Execute, Install , test and finally deliver the desired results and performance to the customer need . As Managing Director, I oversee the strategic direction, operations and growth of the company and I lead a team of dedicated and talented professionals who share my passion for innovation,quality and customer centric approach .
