Binnen ketenvernieuwing Grootverbruik & Netten werken we aan het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en diensten om efficiënter te werken en meer klantwaarde te bieden.Momenteel focus ik op de ontwikkeling en implementatie van KIS, een CRM-systeem op basis van SAP-software. Ik vertaal vraagstukken naar digitale oplossingen en begeleid de implementatie binnen een Agile SAFe-omgeving.

In 2016, I started my own company, Sonco. With my background in entrepreneurship and marketing, I initially focused on brand development and growth strategies. As the business evolved, I began to combine my technical skills with customer-focused design and business automation. This approach allowed me to create strategies that not only helped companies grow but also streamlined their processes to better serve their customers.

From 2021, I helped people achieve their dream of ultimate freedom by transforming Volkswagen vans into campervans for everyday use and leisure. At Ventje, I was responsible for all aspects of digital design, marketing, sales, and business automation/growth. My role involved integrating and optimizing digital tools and processes to drive company growth while enhancing the customer experience. I worked with a range of software, including Adobe and Google tools, CRM systems, DaVinci Resolve, Solidworks, Lightburn, KeyShot, and several coding languages.

As a Snowminds ambassador, I represented the Snowminds brand and helped to increase awareness of Snowminds and their values by creating content for their media. With this, I further improved my storytelling skills, both visually and verbally.

At Philips, I was part of the Digital Marketing team of the department Personal Health Benelux. We applied the SAFe principles to create digital campaigns in multiple scrum teams. I got to work with A/B testing, influencers, and I got to use the branding guidelines of Philips to create new digital campaigns (HTML5 banners, social ads, videos).

After studying abroad I decided I wanted to work in the horeca for a little while, as I wanted to be more involved with people. After a month at Stadscafé de Vooruitgang, I got the chance to use my skills and knowledge as a floor manager and the marketing lead. Together with another floor manager, I was responsible for everything that happened in the restaurant and behind the bar, and I was involved with almost all managerial operations within the organization. As the marketing lead, I made sure that all promotions and publications were channeled well.

At SlimLabs, I did a strategy and marketing research providing them with an overview of what they did well and what they could improve. I also created a new identity which, for now, unfortunately, is not going to be used, as the project was prematurely paused due to internal changes. Luckily, the experience is worth a lot for the continuation of my own company: Sonco.

With HEX, we try to stimulate the connection between innovation and self-development among students. With a 24 hour challenge, the knowledge students acquire in college is applied to create incredible ideas. Within HEX, I have been responsible for the acquisition, finances, marketing and the whole project.

The Blendr is a community to connect all entrepreneurial and self-driven students from all levels of education in North Brabant. We did this with the help of social media, as well as a physical location in the heart of Eindhoven. Founding partners were University of Technology Eindhoven, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Design Academy and Brainport Eindhoven. Within The Blendr, I was responsible for the business development, marketing and the acquisition of partners and students.

The knowledge and skills of Brainport Eindhoven and the expertise and experience of the dance- and festival industry come together in FRWRD: a festival focused on technological innovations and a next level dance-experience. Youth, technology and dance gather in a unique way. All kinds of innovations, developed by students and various partners, will be tested and presented to the world during FRWRD Festival. Due to this co-creative process, a platform of innovation arises, which aims on creating new experiences with technology while enjoying dance. FRWRD is the festival of the future. Beyond dance, beyond imagination. >>Within FRWRD, I was running the project from all sides. I was responsible for implementing and developing new innovations, as well as the organization of the pre-events and the festival itself. The project was put on hold, due to bankruptcy of a partner company.

As a student assistant, student mentor and student informer, I have informed students about all the possibilities at the TU/e and other universities. I have shown them what it is to study, guided them in making the right choices and performing well, and shown them the process of innovating. Among others, I have had the pleasure to set up a new program at TU/e Junior, to show high school students the process of innovating.

I have been part of multiple committees within Intermate, the promotion & web committee amongst others.

As the chairman of the board, I was responsible for the guidance and functioning of our team, as well as the internal and external representation of the association.

As a private tutor, I was responsible for guiding the students, to help getting them back on track, or stimulating to achieve even better results at high school.

I have been an operator within the operational processes at MCB Nederland for almost three years.
