A software engineering manager who's designed and led multiple teams and products, both in person and remotely, and have managed every part of the software engineering process. I've also led the growth of multiple teams including all aspects of hiring and training.As the first developer at LDD, I was pivotal in helping take an idea from the lab and turning it into a product and a company. I helped navigate both the technical and business sides as we boot-strapped and grew the team to an acquisition.Looking forward to coaching an amazing team again where we ship solutions to tough problems and work on delighting customers.
