Tourism consultancy and hospitality are my core areas, together with technology and networking.I manage a Certified DGERT Training Company TH2 and am myself a Certified Trainer and Professor. I focus on Service Design specially in Excellence Hospitality as teacher and as a Consultant. Education and Specialized Training in Wellness Tourism, Luxury Service, Charm Lodging and Guest Relations are my core areas. My academic expedition is alway on-going: University Licentiate Degree by INP in Lisbon on Tourism Companies Management, Postgraduate in Planning and Developing Touristic Destination at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril and Master Degree at Universidad Europea de Madrid in Gestation de Hotels con Carácter.
