- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and advisory services for clients engaging in merger & acquisition transactions across a range of industries.- Analysis of recurring EBITDA; current trading and budgeting; quality of Net Debt; working capital seasonality together with cash-flow analysis; review of financial projections.- Analysis of historical financial statements and management accounts focusing in business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

- Review clients compliance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS.- Identify accounting and auditing issues, and perform related research to effectively solve those issues. - Identification and valuation of business risks.- Coordinating and issuing reports with/for audit teams in Europe and Latin America.- Review client accounting, operating procedures, and system of internal controls.
