I specialize in business transformation and operational improvement for mid-size and larger enterprises having spent more than 30 years as a strategic consultant and line executive. I have now moved to Armacell, where I am doing similar work for this industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of foam and related insulating products.Previously, I led growth and transformation efforts around the Southeast in textiles, commercial laundries, and industrial cleaning products to name a few. Prior to that, I served as CEO for The Antioch Company LLC (known to consumers as Creative Memories), a global direct sales company with operations headquartered in St. Cloud, Minnesota, for which I oversaw significant restructuring.I have performed numerous business improvement and transformation initiatives, with many related to independent sales distribution. I was instrumental in the turnaround of Stanley Black & Decker’s Mac Tools division, and spearheaded the international M&A strategy and integration work at Stanley’s Electronic Security division.In addition, I developed an IT Strategy practice at PwC, where I authored the Program Management Office process for the firm, and have served CSC Index, Willis Towers Watson, Andersen Consulting, and boutique strategy firms. My management consulting clients include ExxonMobil, BP, Duke Energy, The Limited, Moody Bible Institute, BCBS of NY and of Massachusetts, The American Heart Association, Zep, AT&T, the State of Colorado and Thompson Reuters.
