Implemented complex marriage chains to coordinate neighboring intersections and enhanced SCATS adaptive capabilities by implementing the first instance of STREAMS control over SCATS based on Vehicle Detector Station (VDS) real-time values.

I worked on the transition to operations of the new Main Roads WA ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) control system STREAMS. I participated in Factory Acceptance Testing at Transmax (STREAMS software developer) and completed Site Acceptance Testing and System Integration Acceptance Testing on the control system components following the approach of the System Engineering V Model. This upgrade was performed parallel to the existing control system with minimal impact to operations.My involvement as technical system engineer ensured the successful delivery of the new Electronic School Zone Sign Program which deployed ESLS (Electronic Speed Limit Signs) to every school in Western Australia.
