In the last 15 years have led over 100 consulting projects in the areas of Strategy, Marketing Research, Organisation restructuring, Performance improvement ,Lean Manufacturing and HR . In the last 7 years, supplier capability improvement projects have been a focus. This involves supplier identification, evaluation, and development.
