Implement the management system achieving the correct disposal of hazardous waste, through the generation of environmental awareness in the team.I surpassed the goal of monthly training at a corporate level by 25%, thereby achieving 100% of the significant environmental aspects.I developed the CSR project called "Oxygen" at the GLP and GN Plant that Total Austral has in Cañadón Alfa, Tierra del Fuego

At the Northern Shore I made a joint work with the local environmental autority in order to avoid interfering with the local fauna and mitigate the impact on theecosystem.In order to prepare the land for the work, part of the 400,000 penguin reserve had to beremoved until its completion. The joint work carried out by me and the rangers in this reserve ensured that the presence of men and machinery would not affect the normal life of penguins.At the Southern Shore: We had to cut the hillside of a cliff to gain ground in order to carry out pullout operations. All the removed material was deposited near the beach as a new barrier forthe protection of an existing fresh water lagoon, to prevent a mix with salt water swells. I created the Southernmost Corporate Social Responsibility project of the American continent, called "Accion + Austral del Continente" at the Cabo Vírgenes Natural Reserve.

I understood that the team efforts must be focussed on customer satisfaction, that allow me to obtain in 2000, the prize awarded by the Rotary Club to the public servant of the year.I got the award for the best corporate office on several occasions, evaluating and measuring the quality using the mystery shopper technique.

I implemented technical and commercial measures aimed at controlling increased energy thefts.I support the migration of the old billing systems to the new one.
