Upon returning to Miami, she worked at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts as the Marketing and Promotions Manager for three years and then at Kroll, a global investigations company as a Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Latin America and Caribbean operations.As Marketing Director for Miami Condo Advisors, she identified distressed luxury waterfront properties for investors, obtained her real estate license and never looked back. She specializes in selling residential condos and single family homes in Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Midtown, Edgewater, Coral Gables, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale areas. Her clientele spans across various countries and markets, including the United States, Mexico, Spain, Canada, Curacao, France, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale. She also has extensive experience in successfully closing short sales, foreclosures, and pre-construction contracts.In her leisure time, Claudia enjoys attending live performances, painting, outdoor activities, dancing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
