Deal values routinely exceeded US $XXM for each opportunity.• Delivered proof of concept trials and orchestrated client-facing presentations for innovative voice, data and messaging solutions, gathering client feedback to influence product portfolio decisions. • Coordinated and orchestrated cross-functional teams of product managers, solution architects, and software developers to develop customized software to meet client-specific requirements, realizing over US $XXM of ARR.• Accountable for the quality of sold solutions by employing rigorous functional and performance testing activities in a laboratory environment closely aligned with the client's, ensuring zero deployment errors in the carrier production environment.• Led the transition of deployed telco cloud applications from virtualized to containerized deployments to ensure seamless support throughout the program's lifecycle and achieve 100% feature and software customization retention.• Coordinated on- and offshore engineering teams to execute a software upgrade program of over sixty-two virtualized and containerized 4G EPC and IMS telco applications across geographically redundant datacenters. • Led quality improvement initiatives that decreased the cycle time to produce project deliverables to ensure successful project execution, decreasing the cost of poor quality towards zero.• Supported software deployment activities in client production networks.
