As a Master of Public Health student at UCLA, I'm hoping to tie my unique educational background and volunteer experiences together to better serve my community through advocacy for empathy, equity, dignity, and cultural affirmation in healthcare. In my previous experiences in narrative & documentary filmmaking, marketing & intellectual property law, social services, and student government, I've come to embrace the fact that human wellness, storytelling, community, and policy, are all interweaved in a way that I am excited to unravel for the advantage of disadvantaged peoples and their wholistic wellbeing.In my career moving forward, I hope to focus strongly on not only artistry and effective health marketing, but on health education, research, and public health programming.
