Championed strategic programming and results-driven execution of regional marketing events - Produced 40+ experiential event programs and increased regional membership by 25% ● Event Programming and project management of Football Hall of Fame Induction ceremony to spark football alumni engagement and reactivate fan experience. Resulted in 2,000+ stadium attendees and 32 new Football Association memberships● Project management of $1.2M non-profit project funded by the Department of Economic Opportunity achieving key milestones on time and within budget, resulting in timely completion of the overall project● Developed and aligned event venue marketing strategy to support expansion initiatives, increasing customer spend by 75% and generating an additional $100K in event revenue within one year● Project management of $150K grant project funded by the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners achieving all key milestones on time and on budget, resulting annual renewal of funding for 3 consecutive years● Project management of over 200+ small business and non-profit brand launch and experiential event marketing campaigns
