As the Chief Administrative Officer at Ground Game Texas, I have assumed a multifaceted role in developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies. My duties span across various entities of the organization, including a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), state PAC, and federal PAC. My efforts in grant writing, tracking donations, and managing donors have contributed to raising for a range of initiatives. My responsibilities extend to organizing and conducting successful fundraising events, managing email programs to aid voter outreach and fundraising endeavors, and developing successful municipal ballot campaigns. This last feat was accomplished by overseeing the development and implementation of campaign strategies, encompassing message development, and voter outreach.In addition, my role includes writing, designing, and implementing mail programs, creating social media content, and crafting campaign literature and project proposals. I coordinate with both internal and external partners, forming strong relationships with community organizations and political candidates to support our fundraising and campaign efforts. To ensure that our operations are transparent and lawful, I oversee compliance efforts for our political action committees, guaranteeing adherence to federal and state regulations. These duties have enabled Ground Game Texas to stay efficient and effective in its mission, contributing to our numerous successes.
