• Leading a global program to increase top 10 operator buy-in for Nokia products (2012)
• Leading role in preparing and kicking off Nokia level strategic decisions in close collaboration with Nokia Leadership Team, their direct reports and external consultants (2010-2011)
• Leading a major operational- and chipset family change project, resulting in savings of +100M€ per annum (2010)

• Co-lead in a ~1 year project to set-up a Foundation and make the largest open source contribution in history in co-operation with SEMC, DoCoMo, Samsung, AT&T, Vodafone, STE and TI.

• Key role in preparing and implementing the restructuring of sales and customer support functions
