* Primarily responsible for the development and execution of the regional sales strategy - focusing on both large and A-Z accounts across multiple branches. * Motivating, mentoring and focusing branch staff to create a culture based upon new business, existing client retention, competitor activity/analysis, area mapping/cold calling, prospect engagement etc. * Working in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to identify both regional and national opportunities - maximising branch and on-site network. * 100% new business focus - transforming individual branch performance. Instrumental in delivering focused 'turnaround' projects focused at branches that suffered from poor performance, lack of motivation (exiting employees, non-focused teams etc) and had lost direction. *Consistently building a robust pipeline of business across the region - delivering new accounts, new opportunities and resolving service issues. * Providing branches with direction in relation to sales best practice - generating energy and commitment. * Covering a large area at pace - constant focus on sales and new market/area opportunities.

Identification, development and retention of major accounts across the UK. Working in partnership with volume temporary users to address staffing shortages, skill requirements, retention, performance and engagement. Delivering staffing solutions within manufacturing, food production/processing, warehousing, logistics and distribution sectors.
