Member of operations team responsible for the efficient and safe operation of power generation plant. Reports to Control Room Engineer and under the supervision of Supervisor/Superintendent.Responsible for on-site inspection, local monitoring of equipment conditions and parameter checking, routine minor maintenance, give start/shut-down clearance, isolation and de-isolation (including LOTO) of systems prior to maintenance works of the Boiler, Steam Turbine Generator, and other related auxiliary equipment and accessories.Areas of responsibility includes the Boiler, Steam Turbine Generator, Balance of Plant (including bulk handling systems) and related auxiliary systems.

Summary:The position is responsible to all related mechanical works for the corporate strategic investment project called "Atlas 100 Kaizen Project" from planning to implementation up to completion. The position is also responsible in insuring that the Atlas 100 Kaizen Project is completed within the time schedule and allocated budget up to overseeing and managing of the whole project effectively and efficiently until it is fully completed and accepted by the Company.Responsibility-Evaluates and compares the proposal submitted by project contractors; from layouts, equipment specification, cost, contract terms to project timeline and make necessary recommendations-Submits design and specification including bill of materials, labor cost estimation and schedule for the fabrication and installation of any in-house fabricated equipment related to the project-Creates purchase requisition/ordering and make supplier recommendation for local and indent items. Once approved, these items are closely monitored up to delivery in coordination with the purchasing section which may include site visits and inspections to local and international suppliers-Submits weekly project progress and cost monitoring report to project manager from start to completion-Attends coordination meetings together with project contractor and third party project management for any project concerns

Summary:The position is responsible to all related engineering works for any plant innovation projects for production efficiency and productivity. Responsibility covers from proposing innovation projects by providing technical support to production and maintenance which may include technical studies for advance production process and equipment assessment. In addition the position is responsible for all related mechanical works in capital expenditure projects from initiating, implementation to management up to completion and commissioning.Responsibility:-Provides necessary technical support and documentation to production that will assure continuous process improvement, efficiency and productivity through collaborative research and studies-Conducts research/studies on new or advance products, technology, or systems that can reduce production cost at the same time improve reliability -Provides technical assistance to production and maintenance group for process and maintenance concerns which may involve equipment assessment and improvement.-Prepares necessary engineering documents such as design/drawings and equipment specification including bill of materials, labor cost estimation and project timeline for approved innovation projects-Submit proposal containing justification, economic evaluation, and cost to management for approval-Closely monitors the progress of the project to avoid any cost overruns and delays until its completionAssess, evaluate and recommend potential third party contractor related CapEx partnering works-Evaluates and compares the proposal submitted by project contractors; from layouts, equipment specification, cost, contract terms to project timeline and make necessary recommendations-Submits design and specification including bill of materials, labor cost estimation and schedule for the fabrication and installation of any in-house fabricated equipment related to the project
