Air Force Sergeant veteran with 6 years of Knowledge Management experience. I've maintained over 1,500 SharePoint sites including those with Secret clearance. I can utilize a combination of management, collaboration, programming, and communication skills to learn and adapt quickly to enhance your organization’s processes. I recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Before this, I was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and trained in Knowledge Management, while also earning a degree in information management. There, I was responsible for the deployment of knowledge for our entire base. I used my skills to compile information and create sites in SharePoint to help facilitate several departments. I edited technical documents so that they followed Air Force and Federal guidelines when they were published. I also managed the official records and developed training for processes. My efforts led to greatly improving the effectiveness of our knowledge base and procedures. My ability to capture and organize knowledge assets resulted in being promoted 4 times to become the leader of the section I was originally assigned.
