Irish Pillar Bank - Currently seconded and providing consulting services within the ESG team – focusing on areas such as Climate & Environment Lending (Green & Transition Lending), Scope 1 & 2 Emissions to achieve Net Zero Ambition, Steering Portfolios to Net Zero to achieve Net Zero Financed Emissions, GHG Emissions and Sustainability Reporting. Global Custodian Bank - Provided financial statement review services for a large custodian bank, supporting them to fulfil their internal control obligations under both US GAAP and IFRS. As part of this role, I was responsible for meeting the expectations of a variety of clients while simultaneously adhering to tight deliverables across the entire financial reporting process.Fund ManCo - The scope of the engagement was to successfully manage and deliver a number of business-critical tech transformation projects that needed to be complete by end-2022. These comprised of both strategic and cost-saving initiatives at various stages of implementation. The projects successfully delivered include regulation-driven change, software development and implementation, and internal process improvements. To achieve this, I managed and coordinated multiple multi-disciplined teams across various business functions and vendors, managed weekly working groups with project stakeholders and monthly Steering Committee updates to C-Suite/project sponsors, and responded with a ‘can do’ attitude to all client requests.
