• Team member on a group that manages over 200 portfolios that comprise Prudential’s general account• Responsible for reconciling all cash activity and issues within portfolios on a daily basis, including being one of the coordinators for Prudential’s public bank loan sleeves of the general account portfolios• Utilizes Bloomberg terminal to correct any payment discrepancies between multiple banks and our sub ledger system due to factor and coupon rate schedule differences• The sole accountant and coordinator for Prudential of Brazil (POB); responsible for translating and processing all files on a daily basis manually in the sub ledger system by interacting and communicating with the portfolio managers in Brazil• Restructured multiple monthly reports to achieve better efficiency and productivity when reconciling public bank loan discrepancies for current holdings and accrued interest• Responsible for reporting any securities within the group’s portfolios generating negative book value and amortization
