I am a Sr. Project Manager working for Amazon. My interests in the construction industry lie in Project Management, Scheduling, and Virtual Design. I excel in situations and positions where a competitive and analytical mind are needed. My experience in the construction industry includes working for Amazon as well as 3 years of previous experience at DPR Construction. While at Amazon I have been apart of six separate AMZL Delivery Station new builds ($15M-$47M) along with three separate retrofit projects ($800k-$2M). While at Amazon, I developed 5+ Construction Manager processes including AMZL’s Request for Proposal process which is now being used by all of AMZL. Additionally, I wrote over 15 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to incorporate construction best practices into our daily work routine. During my tenure at DPR, I oversaw all Architectural scopes on the RVA Data Center Campus for Buildings I, II, & III. I managed the safety, buy out, budget, schedule, and quality of all Architectural trades. In 2017 I graduated with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Engineering at Virginia Tech. My research focused on group decision making within construction teams facilitated through technology. Two papers were published on my work which are noted below. In 2017 I was awarded the Most Outstanding Graduate Student within the Construction Department. I set my goals high but realistic.
