I support clients with an array of issues, but my specialisms are sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression. Working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse – and in the highly challenging environment of London remand prisons – gives me the robust, resilient qualities essential for effective counselling. My strong interpersonal skills allow clients to feel appreciated, held, and accepted. I’m an integrative counsellor - skilled and experienced in therapies such as psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
