Experienced sinner, saved by grace. Started hanging out with friends struggling with extreme poverty, homelessness, and addiction as a kid growing up in a small East Texas town, turned into mission trips from coast to coast in the US and internationally, then planted in Dallas in 2000 to attend seminary. While leading homeless people to Christ and trying to disciple others, my wife and I started a little nonprofit a few years ago. Today we continue to strategically focus on the unsheltered homeless community with a great team in downtown Dallas. I dabbled in the technology space through college and used that to pay for seminary. I like to push buttons and it has (usually) worked well for us. Today we integrate a lot of fun technology into our ministry for the homeless community(I know, those don’t usually go together).
