In several instances he was able to develop new and unique solutions for his clients and company.Over his recent assignment he has implemented innovative technologies into organizations, all while keeping a keen focus on operating costs and bottom line results. As senior director at a Software technology company specializing in CRM, he was able to improve customer S\​W enhancement acceptance from a less than 50% ratio to over 95%. This resulted in an improvement to accounts receivable pay rates from 65 days down to 30, on contracted businessAs a key member of the management team, Cliff was integral to the expansion of the business into a service organization offering full turnkey solutions in the customer contact arena. His advanced technology skills in Telephony, IVR, ACD and contact center workforce management allowed the company to meet growth goals, while achieving client Key Performance Metrics.
