I managed a distributed team (Houston, College Station, and India) of about 15 developers and testers with the successful integration of the drilling segment into the job and resource planning system. I was also responsible for the elicitation of requirements, designing user interfaces, project scheduling, and scope management. This integration allowed the company to coalesce the job and resource planning of the majority of the operational business segments into a single system. In 2011 I managed a distributed team of almost 40 developers and testers after we made a decision to refresh the technical solution of the product.

As a developer I was responsible for the design, implementation, and installation of web-based and Windows-based applications for a variety of oil/gas, healthcare, and financial clients. As the company moved from staff augmentation to a project-based model I was also responsible for managing several projects.
