I am responsible for building the Chicago Cubs Business Analytics function. As the first dedicated business analytics hire, I was tasked with evolving the Cubs business operations beyond descriptive reports into predictive and prescriptive analytics. As a service center within the organization, I built the Analytics function to solve problems across our business and consult on key decisions. Since joining, I have worked extensively to optimize our ticket pricing, inventory management, sales leads and customer churn management efforts. I also support our Marketing team to optimize our digital campaigns and customer surveys.

I focus my efforts on scoping, leading, and executing work for RSG’s clients in a wide range of industries including road pricing, consumer goods, and agricultural & construction equipment. My expertise is in translating RSG’s advanced research techniques into actionable business insights to guide new product or service development, competitive positioning, market entry, pricing optimization, and market segmentation.
