TIS is a global leader in cashflow, liquidity and B2B payments solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Successfully closed a transaction for a majority stake by Marlin Equity Partners in 2024. Formerly, Chief Executive Officer at Scivantage, a leading provider of enterprise solutions to the financial services industry. Successfully completed sale of Scivantage to Refinitiv in 2020. Actively engaged as a Board director, active investor, and mentor to early-stage firms in the FinTech and SocEnt spaces. Prior to Scivantage, held the role of Chief Operating Officer of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP). A pioneer in online currency trading, GAIN operates FOREX.com, one of the largest and best-known brands in the global retail trading industry. Played an integral role in GAIN’s growth from a pre-revenue start-up in 2000 to a public company in 2010 and served on GAIN’s board of directors as Risk Committee Chair through 2020. Prior to joining GAIN, held the position of Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. Helped to grow the company from start-up to global leader in the FinTech space serving many of the world’s largest money center banks. Part of leadership team that orchestrated a successful exit through the sale of a majority stake to a well known LBO firm in 1998. Bachelor of Science in Finance/English from LaSalle University, MBA from LaSalle University, and pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Studies on a part-time basis at the University of Pennsylvania.
