- I provided adminsitrative support for the Small Business Sales Group.- I processed and quality checked insurance policy sumissions for small businesses across the New England region.- Through this work, I became an experienced user of Oracle Database software.

- I assisted the director of the Manchester Historical Museum in the management of the museum. - Among my responsibilities as executive assistant, I oversaw the following tasks: o Archival Research – assembled the museum’s historical archives, cataloguing artifacts collected from throughout the community.o Customer Reception - provide client service and archival work at the request of museum visitors. o Event Coordination- hosted events, including exhibits and guest lectures. o Management and Content Creation - prepared summer exhibits, including panel writings, advertising and setup. o Marketing - crafted Facebook posts and email blasts to advertise museums exhibits, workshops and events.

- I wrote weekly feature articles covering a variety of campus issues, ranging from student politics, campus services and recreational activities. - Among my published articles were a review on the university's stalking policy, small businesses in downtown Durham and coverage of Hurricane Juno during the winter of 2015. - I worked on the political beat, covering local/state/national politics on campus, including:* Covering weekly sessions of the Student Senate. * Covering meetings of the Durham Board of Selectmen. * Reporting on political events on campus, including the protests staged by activists from Planned Parenthood during a rally attended by Senator Rand Paul.

• I covered the weekly Board of Selectmen meetings, reporting on the issues that were presented and deliberated. • I wrote three feature articles: a profile on the director of the Parks and Recreation department, the one-year anniversary of the town's imposed plastic bag ban, and the discovery of a time capsule in Boston belonging to Samuel Adams and Paul Revere.
