Serve as Network Monitoring Administrator for HQ AFRC. Working with SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center to monitor Network traffic, viability, and stability. Perform server administration for SolarWinds server including STIG and application management. Current secret clearance and active SIPR and NIPR admin.

Active SIPR and NIPR admin that assists customers at the HQ AFRC with technical support. Answer phone calls and trouble shoot customer issues such as account provisioning, hardware installation, software installation, unlocking user accounts, and vulnerability management. Manage customer incidents and tasks through a ticket system that allows for timely resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction. Patch vulnerabilities that are discovered using weekly scans of network connected environments to protect government assets and national security. Run various scripts to automate process to save man hours and securely manage company machines.

Provide tech support to doctor’s office with regards to network and application support. Interacting with the staff to ensure that the office IT systems maintain high uptime with an emphasis on data security. Wrote the security policy for the organization to ensure that PHI information is secure and properly protected.
