The Director of Project Success is a key role in the delivery organization and serves as the Engagement Lead on a portfolio of D365 implementations. The Engagement Lead owns the client relationship and acts as their advocate and trusted advisor as they map out their business transformation while providing a single point of accountability for engagements. Provides leadership, guidance, oversight, and direction to multiple concurrent projects across the breadth of Hitachi Solutions offerings and how Hitachi’s capabilities can best serve our customers.

Responsible for leading the implementation and training for CampusNexus Finance, CMC's finance solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for Higher Education. This includes in-depth participation and/or conducting the business requirements review, configuration, and setup of solutions as well as training and documentation deliverables for the end-users. We provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and evaluating the customer’s business processes against the standard Dynamics 365 functionality, resulting in significant efficiency gains for the clients we serve.

Design, develop, integrate, configure, implement, train and deploy updated financial systems and ancillary platforms (Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations). Responsible for multiple projects from project charter to identification of business needs and gap analysis to solution design, data migration, UAT and data validation, as well as end user training and support. Manage overall infrastructure of business applications, integrations, data warehouse and BI strategy and deployment, and workflow and reporting management. Conduct business analysis to achieve more efficient processes in the areas of accounting, finance, asset management, CAPEX and OPEX planning, forecasting and data analysis.
