Chief legal officer of the association and secretary to the Board of Directors. Responsible for governance, HR and all legal affairs. Created and lead the association’s Legal Policy, Health Care Compliance/Code of Ethics activities to formulate and advance proactive legal positions on issues impacting patient access to medical technology. Testify before Congressional and State legislative committees.
