Responsible for the design, development and delivery of Marsh's cloud based digital and data platforms. The digital platforms will be the foundation that will drive digital transformation that included moving to blockchain based applications.

Developing a patent pending application using blockchain technology to map the entire supply chain of minerals used in electronics and ensure certification of conflict free mines in the Eastern Congo via a start-up business. • Developed the strategy, design, and architecture for a blockchain application to record, track and manage mined materials using Hyperledger and Ethereum technologies. • Designed and programmed the application using C++ on a Linux platform with a user interface (UI) for mobile devices such as tablets. • Significantly reduces the cost associated with labor, record keeping, reporting and certification throughout the supply chain via automation using distributed ledger technology and user friendly smart devices. • Working with the Congressional Blockcain Caucus and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office to ensure effective rules and regulations are used for Blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Led the technology infrastructure support team of over 25 architects, developers, project managers and analysts responsible for Tier 1 complex global applications in over 27 markets worldwide. Developed the applications for a start-up business unit transforming services to online and mobile transactions. Managed the enterprise build, release and configuration management processes for global finance, credit card and consumer applications. • Designed the prototype and led the design, development and deployment for the global internet applications used by card members and merchants. • Designed the enterprise build, release and configuration management processes for both development and production environments and reduced production issues by 50%. • Designed and developed the Java Installation Facility Plus (JIF+) tool to automate the installer package using Java allowing jar, jsp, and script files into any environment with selective back outs available to ensure reduced impact to the install. Patent received for JIF+. • Acting director for 9 months alleviating funding issues and recognized for advancing team culture and knowledge in distributed systems and improving the change management process. • Recognized with a Chairman’s Award for successful migration of Tier 1 critical applications in very complex environments with exceptional quality and availability. • Improved time to market by developing methods, eventually used by the enterprise, to clean up old code using Parasoft Insure ++ and ensure new code quality. • Designed and standardized a new code migration system for the enterprise using the Subversion configuration management system.• Developed and conducted training workshops for developers to improve the build, release and install process. • Served as Chairperson for the Architecture Review Board (Software Review Board) which ensured all technical changes to the system were reviewed and approved.
