These briefing materials include specific actions taken to correct problems in the Nuclear Enterprise and the reallocation of budgetary resources.● Was a member of the Army’s Aviation Restructure Initiative (ARI) Tiger Team tasked by the Deputy Secretary of Defense to review the budgetary and political implications of ARI. The ARI Tiger Team reviewed National Guard and Active Army alternatives, compared costs, and the Army’s ability to generate forces to respond to security assistance operations overseas.

Additionally, the white paper discussed the historical uses of OCO and wartime supplemental budgets and the legal basis for their use.
