With over 14 years of experience and expertise spanning valuation, appraisal review, and expert witness testimony, I'm a recognized authority in the eminent domain arena.Since founding North by Northwest Consulting in 2012 and joining forces with Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, I've led the growth of the IPG from 16 to 80+ professionals across the United States. Our team tackles diverse assignments, from highways and rail corridors to utility projects, with a focus on collaboration and client service excellence.I hold the CRE, FRICS, and SR/WA designations, reflecting my commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards.
