I built and maintained websites, mostly in Drupal 8 and sometimes WordPress for many clients including Pepsi, Unilever, Mars Inc and the country of Belize. I lead distributed teams onshore and offshore on projects with budgets of 1m+. I was particularly interested in ensuring a clean front end architecture, component-based theming, and efficient devops process. I set up most projects to use Docker-based local environments, Git flow and GitHub and deployed to Acquia Cloud using Travis CI.

Responsible for developing and managing marketing initiatives for a legal services company. Maintained, redesigned and built new features for its websites. Designed email marketing campaigns and the templates they used. Developed printed brochures, flyers and trade show materials both internally and using outside resources. Assessed CRM solutions and implemented Salesforce for marketing and sales staff. Managed its online presence and advertising budget as well as a regular webinar series.
