Collaborated in overall architecture of the product; developed user interface using ReactJS; design and debug RESTful APIs; and created enterprise level applications running parallel device processing on Android and iOS. Streamlined technology procedures and introduced process improvements that enhanced productivity, facilitating the efficient management of large workloads. • Conducted performance testing and troubleshooting of the NHibernate ORM and SQLServer database. Created and spearheaded the data conversion of the entire legacy system data for the pilot court houses.► Senior Developer - CCD, Ministry of Justice • Developed the core application framework for a HTML5 web application called Court Clerk Desktop (CCD) for the Ministry of Justice. Trained, led, and mentored a development team on the new technologies, which included advanced JavaScript, JQuery, and Backbone.js.• Crafted a RESTful web services API to synchronize data from the WebMethods backend server and the JavaScript client front end. ► Supervised and managed a team of 26 that created a $14.2M fixed price J2EE offender management system, using a hybrid approach of RUP and agile methodologies. Successfully released the system to 8,000 DOC staff at 15 prisons and 147 community field offices across Washington State. ► Contributed significantly to the success of the projects by leading the team to develop more than 140,000 lines of code, 2400 unit tests, with 65% code coverage rate run nightly on CruiseControl. Effectively delivered each milestone on-time and budget. Achieved 95% staff retention rate over the duration of the 20-month project.

There was three key projects I contributed to at Syscor.► StockDynamo - Developed a stock analysis program that allowed users to view and apply custom indicators to both real-time and historic data for equities. The application is an n-tier Java system using a thick Swing-based client, an Apache Tomcat server, and a DB2 database.► Genx - Created a BIOS and ported QNX Neutrino to a specialty PowerPC embedded computer. Project scope included initializing the processor, two PCI buses, memory, and loading the operating system from a disk-on-chip.► Citi - Designed and implemented a J2EE construction plan room that facilitated viewing construction project information via the Internet. Managed the activities of 5 developers and co-designed a strategy to enable hi resolution blue prints to be displayed to remote customers using only 56kbps modems. The entire system was developed and designed to run on Linux servers.
