After 7 years in Payerpath EDI Coordination/Implementations, I was promoted to Associate Project Manager of Practice Management and EHR implementations. This new role has provided the opportunity to learn yet another part of the Allscripts business.Responsibilities & Accomplishments:- Smartsheet Certification- Leader for Smartsheet compliance with the PM team- Created standardized template for support handoff- Achieved most completed client survey responses on PM team two years in a row, receiving a total of eight 10's and five 9's, and took 21 clients live in 2021 (most of any PM).- Brought 271 projects to completion totaling nearly $1.5M in TCV- Received several internal recognition awards for client-facing and internal accomplishments- Project Manager SME in high-visibility company resource management tool implementation, which included learning the new tool, understanding how to apply it, collaboration with resource teams, creation of process documentation, training of colleagues, and support of go-live week. Have continued monitoring adoption, updating documentation, and supporting colleagues.- Created process documentation with project manager workflow, which has been instrumental with new hires, which was not previously available.- Trained/onboarded 4 new project managers in addition to maintaining client-facing projects and consistent high client survey scores.- Assigned lead project manager for new implementation type, working with PMO team, identifying several opportunities for improvement of the contract model, creating implementation guide for colleagues and training.
