Looking back, Human Resources has always been at the center of all the roles that i have held, from Music production, Event Coordination, Facilitating customer service and sales training for Fortune 500 clients to dedicating my time and energy for3 years to the Financial Services industry and the advancement of financial literacy and education in underrepresented communities. Putting people in a position to win, and ensuring they have the information and support they need to make the best decision to move forward. That has always been who I am, and as the HR Manager at Roto, I get the opportunity to do that on a daily basis. At Roto I lead the way for all things HR related, including Recruitment, Benefit Renewals, Retirement Plan management, HR Compliance & Employee Relations and a variety of other duties that the role places in my lap.With the full support of my C-suite, something i am VERY PROUD of, I work tirelessly to chip away at the overall lack of diversity in the design field and seek out ways and partnerships that help create opportunities for exposure to and advancement of this amazing industry of "Museum Design."
