Following completion of a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health and shadowing officers at Brisbane City Council, I am currently seeking a position as an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) at either a Local or State level. I am a current member of Environmental Health Australia.During my time at Brisbane City Council I was able to work with business owners and the public to enhance public confidence in the council. I experienced many facets of Environmental Health concerning public health risk including Food Safety, Environmental Contamination, Higher Risk Personal Appearance Services,Licensing, Development Approvals and Enforcement. I offer you a confident, highly motivated and personable individual with a background in natural resources. I have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and work for mutually beneficial outcomes, where rapid problem solving and active listening are crucial.
