At General Dynamics Land Systems, I am a Talent Sourcer for Cyber, Software, and Engineering. I identify and source highly skilled and qualified candidates for job openings in these fields, using various methods, such as online research, networking, and direct outreach. I create a pipeline of talented individuals that can be considered for current or future job openings, and build relationships with them.I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University, where I learned the fundamentals of HR policies, practices, and systems. I also have a background in Information Technology from Macomb Community College, which helps me understand the technical skills and qualifications required for the positions that I am recruiting for.
